<p> Talent Acquisition Manager</p>

<p><b>What you will be doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service</li>
<li>Accountable for managing the recruitment processes and strategies for Fairmont Chateau Whistler</li>
<li>Lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment activities within the Talent &; Culture department</li>
<li>On-going coaching, support and follow-up with department heads and hiring managers on recruitment methods</li>
<li>Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition Coordinator</li>
<li>Develop and facilitate recruitment training and workshops to department heads and hiring managers</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising to attract potential candidates while building and maintaining relationships with various agencies and hospitality/tourism/culinary/golf schools</li>
<li>Research, plan and participate in recruitment trips to key employment markets and partner schools</li>
<li>Collaborate and work closely with recruiters within Canada’s Western Mountain Region, as it relates to various recruitment strategies, including the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP)</li>
<li>Analyze and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to understand and effectively utilize statistical data</li>
<li>Leverage all avenues of immigration and mobility programs to maximize applicant pool</li>
<li>Oversee and assist with the Temporary Foreign Worker program</li>
<li>Manage the recruitment and relocation budget</li>
<li>Assist colleagues with career development discussions as required</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<p> Your experience and skills include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Human Resources experience an asset</li>
<li>Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and foster cooperation</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in very busy environment</li>
<li>Flexible to meet constantly changing demands of the workplace</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills with previous experience handling confidential issues</li>
<li>University/College education in Human Resources or related discipline is an asset</li>
</ul>
