<p> As a talent acquisition advisor, you will work in collaboration with the human resources team.</p>
<p><b>Your main responsibilities will be:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Fully manage the staffing process, including managing the reference checks, in different areas both at the operational and corporate levels, as required</li>
<li>Work closely with internal clients to determine Human Resources needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions</li>
<li>Monitor and document the application management system, and update job postings generated by the system</li>
<li>Ensure performance indicators accuracy</li>
<li>Advise colleagues on issues related to strategies to attract new talent to be implemented based on profiles</li>
<li>Assist in the implementation of recruitment tools, developing selection methodologies according to the specific needs of the assignments</li>
<li>Assist in the drafting of specific contractual clauses as per recruitment files requirements and the corporate policies in place</li>
<li>Work at maintaining harmonious working relationships among internal clients in the territory served, and advise them particularly regarding internal mobility and career development</li>
<li>Participate in special projects within the Human Resources department</li>
<li>Choose, develop, and take part in targeted recruitment campaigns (university job fairs, job fairs, international recruitment campaigns)</li>
<li>Participate in the development of annual recruitment budget requirements for the groups served</li>
<li>Apply and promote Englobe&#8217;s health and safety rules</li>
<li>Perform all other related duties related to the position</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Your Profile</b></p>
<ul>
<li>University or college degree</li>
<li>0 to 2 years in a recruitement role</li>
<li>Engineering Consultant experience, an important asset</li>
<li>Certified MPO Analyst, an asset</li>
<li>Proficiency in Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset</li>
<li>Knowledge in attracting and selecting talent</li>
<li>Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety</li>
</ul>
