Your Contribution

As a talent acquisition advisor, you will work in collaboration with the human resources team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Fully manage the staffing process, including managing the reference checks, in different areas both at the operational and corporate levels, as required
  • Work closely with internal clients to determine Human Resources needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions
  • Monitor and document the application management system, and update job postings generated by the system
  • Ensure performance indicators accuracy
  • Advise colleagues on issues related to strategies to attract new talent to be implemented based on profiles
  • Assist in the implementation of recruitment tools, developing selection methodologies according to the specific needs of the assignments
  • Assist in the drafting of specific contractual clauses as per recruitment files requirements and the corporate policies in place
  • Work at maintaining harmonious working relationships among internal clients in the territory served, and advise them particularly regarding internal mobility and career development
  • Participate in special projects within the Human Resources department
  • Choose, develop, and take part in targeted recruitment campaigns (university job fairs, job fairs, international recruitment campaigns)
  • Participate in the development of annual recruitment budget requirements for the groups served
  • Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
  • Perform all other related duties related to the position

Your Profile

  • University or college degree
  • 0 to 2 years in a recruitement role
  • Engineering Consultant experience, an important asset
  • Certified MPO Analyst, an asset
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset
  • Knowledge in attracting and selecting talent
  • Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety
