<p><strong>Student</strong> pained as he shows the textbook that his <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/?s=department" rel="noopener"><strong>department</strong></a> insisted they buy as requirement to submit their assignment.</p>
<p>The student revealed that his department had insisted that the buy a text book in order to be able to submit their <strong>assignment</strong>.</p>

<p>What surprises the students the most was that the textbook has nothing to do with their department and appears to be a primary <strong>school</strong> book.</p>
