<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts<br />
 <br /> Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate<br />
 <br /> Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing<br />
 <br /> Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing<br />
 <br /> Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business </p>

<p> Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies<br />

 <br /> Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry<br />
 <br /> Has a real estate license<br />
 <br /> Team player who believes their success is the team’s success </p>
