<br /><b>Job description</b>: We are looking for a motivated and accountable team member to join our real estate team as a full-time listing coordinator. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. This role allows for growth and additional responsibilities. <p> <b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience<br />
 <br /> Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance<br />
 <br /> Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement<br />
 <br /> Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals<br />
 <br /> Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales</p>
<p> <b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p> Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person<br />
 <br /> Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license<br />
 <br /> Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred<br />
 <br /> Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel<br />
 <br /> Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus</p>
