<p>A Nigerian <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/man" rel="noopener"><strong>man</strong></a> has called for the arrest of <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/?s=house+agents" rel="noopener"><strong>house agents</strong></a> in <strong>Asaba</strong> over the skyrocketing cost of house rents, alleging that they charge as much as â¦1.5 million for a two-bedroom apartment with a parlor, simply because it features POP ceilings.</p>
<p>In a lengthy video shared on his TikTok page, the man expressed frustration over the exorbitant rent prices, questioning why houses with POP ceilings are rented out at such high rates.</p>

<p>He said:</p>
<p><em>“Asaba house agents, what is happening? Two rooms and a parlor for â¦1.5 million or â¦1.6 million? You people act like POP is heaven. How much does it even cost to do POP?”</em></p>
<p>He further highlighted the situation, stating:</p>
<p><em>“For any house with POP, they charge as if it’s made of diamonds. A single room costs â¦800,000, while a room and parlor go for â¦1 million to â¦1.2 million.”</em></p>
<p>The man blamed house agents for the high rental prices, accusing them of influencing landlords to fix exorbitant rates.</p>
