We are currently accepting applications for a Landscape/Snow Removal Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating job plans and coordinating equipment and resources
- Directing on-site crews
- Operating power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pickup trucks with snow plow and spreader, power rakes, aerators, etc.
- Communicating with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Technical/College Diploma in Horticulture
Red Seal Horticulture would be considered an asset
5+ years of relevant experience
Superior communication and problem-solving skills
A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Strong physical amplitude to perform manual labour tasks required
Experience operating various types of Snow Plowing equipment
Knowledge of cultivation, diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
