Goodwill NCW is excited to announce the launch of our Green Bay Packers Career Pathway Program, in partnership with the Green Bay Packers. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to kickstart their careers working for one of the most beloved teams in the world of professional sports. This program is designed to provide participants with hands-on training, mentorship, and valuable employment skills while working with one of the NFL’s most iconic organizations.
As a Career Pathway Program Participant, you will have the opportunity to work on the Housekeeping or Atrium/Events team within the Green Bay Packers organization. The Career Pathway Program includes on-site job training and paid educational sessions focused on personal, workplace, digital, and career skill building, in addition to ongoing mentoring.

Positions Available
Atrium/Stadium Housekeeper: This position is responsible for daily cleaning of the stadium concourses, Atrium, restrooms, and various other areas within Lambeau Field. The position will also assist with post-event cleanup. Various schedules available; includes working all home games and other large stadium events.
Atrium Operations Atrium Housekeeping: This position performs janitorial and cleaning tasks related to the Lambeau Field Atrium. The work involves performing the day-to-day operations of Atrium housekeeping to the highest level of customer service.
Atrium Operations Atrium Set Up: This position provides atrium operation support in meeting rooms, audio-visual and special set-up, and cleaning of atrium areas. Responsibilities include set-up and removal of tables, chairs, staging, etc., as needed for special events/meetings; stocking meeting rooms with proper supplies; providing general cleaning of meeting rooms and all operation space before and after events, etc.
Specific work schedules, salary, job qualifications, and physical requirements vary by position. All positions are located at Lambeau Field (1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up and remove tables, chairs, staging, etc. as needed for special events/meetings.
- Stock meeting rooms with proper supplies (pads/pens/water pitchers/glasses/etc.).
- Provide general cleaning meeting rooms and all operation space prior to and at conclusion of events.
- Maintain clean and orderly storage rooms (banquet storage/A/V closets/housekeeping closet).
- Interact with clients to provide world-class service levels.
- Cloth and skirt tables as needed.
- Set-up remove and store audio-visual equipment.
- Respond to additions and/or changes to set-ups in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the atrium operations equipment.
- Complete cleaning of all public area restrooms. These include: Hall of Fame; Atrium-to-Concourse; Oneida Entrance; 1919 Kitchen and Tap; Associated Bank Club Level; North & South end-zone areas after events; and American Family gate.
- Replenish paper toweling, soap, and toilet paper in above mentioned restrooms.
- Clearing and cleaning tables on Atrium floor.
- Remove trash from public areas.
- Clean light fixtures in Atrium and Club levels.
- Wash glass doors in areas listed above.
- Properly handle and use cleaning products and chemicals.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Must have good communication and teamwork skills and be knowledgeable in all facets of cleaning techniques.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to push and/or pull heavy objects.
- Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Operates in a professional environment.
