Facilities Assistant
An exciting permanent role has become available to join our London Facilities Team.
Supporting the Facilities Management team, the Facilities Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Facilities services. This is a perfect opportunity for those who enjoy working in Facilities in a creative environment or those ready to start their career in Facilities.
This role is made for someone who loves to multitask, enjoys versatility, is customer focused and isn’t just looking to sit at a desk but rather gets stuck in to get the job done.
Our day to day is never the same, you could be looking after our helpdesk, setting up meeting rooms, completing safety walks, or raising purchase orders and work permits just to name a few. Here, we work hard but have fun doing so and enjoy a great team spirit. It is important to us that our recruit shares the same work ethos. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential for this role and a basic understanding of health & safety is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be joining us during an exciting time for our business and department, so flexibility and adaptability will be key.
The position will be based either at Vauxhall Bridge Road (SW1) or Embassy Gardens (SW11) and the Facilities Assistant will be required to work at both locations. The core hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:30 with the flexibility to work outside of these hours when required, you would be expected to work on site for this position.

Salary: £26,500 and £28,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
