<p> <b>What We Are Looking For</b></p>
<p> As the Enterprise Website Manager at 3D Systems, you will lead a high-performance team to plan, implement, manage, monitor, and optimize our global ecosystem of websites. This role is a highly visible member of the global marketing leadership team and will require a candidate with extensive experience overseeing end-to-end website development, addressing strategy, design, architecture, integration, and accessibility aligned to the company’s overall business objectives, marketing goals and industry trends.</p>
<p> <b>What You Will Do</b></p>
<p> Web Strategy </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance in planning, optimizing, and directing the design, functionality, and overall effectiveness of 3D Systems’ global web presence.</li>
<li>Lead, drive and implement a comprehensive, meticulously aligned web strategy aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals that embraces technological advancements and anticipates industry trends.</li>
<li>Oversee the integration of third-party tools, APIs, and platforms to enhance website functionality and user experience.</li>
<li>Integrate web presence with product launches, ensuring a cohesive and consistent customer experience across channels.</li>
<li>Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.</li>
<li>Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.</li>
<li>Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.</li>
<li>Creating digital strategies to increase sales leads, grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.</li>
<li>Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.</li>
</ul>
<p> Leadership and Communications </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and lead a high-performing team of web developers and staff, driving exceptional web production services.</li>
<li>Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities to support their growth and career progression.</li>
<li>Foster effective communication and collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and teams to align web development efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach and exceptional delivery of web development services.</li>
<li>Deliver monthly and quarterly presentations to marketing and executive leadership reporting on web’s impact on sales leads, won revenue, progress and escalating challenges when appropriate for effective action.</li>
</ul>
<p> Organic and Paid Search </p>
<ul>
<li>Implement effective SEO strategies, staying updated with emerging techniques and trends, to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.</li>
<li>Oversee paid search campaigns, developing appropriate tags and triggers to measure conversions.</li>
</ul>
<p> Web Analytics </p>
<ul>
<li>Data driven web strategist leveraging analytics, user behavior insights, and conversion metrics to collaborate with UX/UI designers in creating intuitive, user-friendly web experiences that optimize customer engagement, sales leads, accessibility, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a website analytics framework, utilizing data, analytics, and tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and support marketing strategy.</li>
</ul>
<p> Web Security and Maintenance </p>
<ul>
<li>Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues coordinating with IT and cyber security when appropriate</li>
<li>Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.</li>
<li>Manage third-party hosting relationships to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with web and digital marketing regulations, privacy, and data protection laws.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b></p>
<p> <b>What You Will Need</b></p>
<p> The Enterprise website manager must also be able to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution including: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.</li>
</ul>
<p> To excel in this position, a successful enterprise manager will possess experience in: </p>
<ul>
<li>Web strategy with 7+ years of strategic website management experience.</li>
<li>Strong team leadership of 4 or more direct reports</li>
<li>Backend and operational website management with 5+ years of experience</li>
<li>Scaling development teams, driving large-scale website migrations, and adopting cutting edge software stacks.</li>
<li>Overseeing end-to-end website development, addressing strategy, web content, design, architecture, integration and accessibility.</li>
<li>CMS platforms, particularly Drupal and WordPress.</li>
<li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).</li>
<li>Content creation, writing and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Data-driven decision making leverage data, analytics, and tools to enhance marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting website issues in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<p> Preferred experience with the existing MarTech stack including: </p>
<ul>
<li>Salesforce, Pardot or other CRM platforms</li>
<li>Google Marketing Platform including Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio</li>
<li>Crazy egg and heat mapping</li>
<li>Conductor or other SEO tools</li>
<li>Jira</li>
<li>Smartsheet</li>
<li>Microsoft office suite</li>
<li>Demandbase</li>
<li>Drift</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Education</b></p>
<p> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, marketing, digital media or related qualification.</p>
