<p> We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Lead to join our team at Mono. As the Business Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our organisation. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and optimise business operations for scalability and growth.</p>
<p> This role requires a strong background in business operations, project management, and financial &; strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can quickly evaluate complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate and implement change across various teams and departments.</p>

<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Banks and Regulator Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, collaboration, and the smooth operation of our business.</li>
<li>Day-to-Day Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Financial Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Revenue Assurance and Ops: Take ownership of revenue assurance processes, implementing measures to safeguard revenue streams and improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Project Management: Lead and coordinate various projects across departments, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.</li>
<li>Financial Analysis for Product Services: Conduct financial analysis of product services, assessing transaction costs, revenue streams, and profitability.</li>
<li>Treasury Management: Manage and optimise the company&#8217;s treasury function, including cash flow management, risk assessment, and investment strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p>
<p> You&#8217;re highly likely to thrive in this role if you: </p>
<ul>
<li>Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business operations especially working in the fintech industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.</li>
<li>Possess a strong background in finance, with the ability to analyse financial data, create financial models, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.</li>
<li>Have proven experience in overseeing day-to-day business operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and process improvement.</li>
<li>Have a track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Have mastered the ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Have analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.</li>
<li>Exhibit proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>NICE TO HAVES:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Master&#8217;s in Business Administration.</li>
<li>Experience working with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana etc.</li>
<li>Previous working experience at fast-growing startups.</li>
<li>Experience working in companies with an API-based infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
