<p>The mother of Nigerian music star <strong><a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Ayra-Starr">Ayra Starr</a></strong> has encouraged women aged 40 and above to join TikTok, emphasizing the positive impact it has had on her mental well-being and creativity.</p>
<p>In a recent video shared on her page, Ayra Starr’s mum, who proudly calls herself a “<a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/genz"><strong>Gen Z mummy</strong></a>”, expressed her gratitude for the platform.</p>
<p>She noted that the video-sharing platform has changed her perspective on life and kept her active and engaged more than she imagined.</p>
<p><em>“I am so grateful and privileged to be on <strong>TikTok</strong>. Thank you for your love and kindness. If your mum is between 40, 50, and 60, encourage them to be on TikTok because it helps them mentally.</em></p>
<p><em>“I am on TikTok now, and my thinking is different than before. I am always thinking of creativity, how I want to look, dress, and create new things. Let them come and teach us their experiences. They don’t have to dance like me,”</em> she stated.</p>
