This role requires excellent skills, flexibility, attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Website Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Communications and will work closely with all areas of the marketing team. Granicus is looking for a collaborative and innovative digital marketer that helps ensure all web-related projects are completed on time and to the highest possible standards. \n

What your impact will look like here

  • Build, plan, and implement a website strategy for the corporate websites
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure that the websites align with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
  • Manage the website’s content, including optimizing, editing existing, and removing outdated content
  • Run regularly scheduled web analytic reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights
  • Manage our SEO strategy with the Digital Marketing Manager and the content team
  • Identify opportunities for website improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Respond to and troubleshoot website issues
  • Ensuring full compliance on the websites with all laws and regulations
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites

You will love this job if you have

  • A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, website design, or 4-8 years relevant experience
  • Has a strong understanding of website user experiences
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress or similar Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite
  • Understands Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Has writing skills to update and optimize content
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Has knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend revisions/improvements
  • You have project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • You possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important
  • You are a self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed
  • You are passionate and/or experienced in working with public sector entities

Potential base salary. Does not include bonus OR commission and benefits.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $80,000-$100,000 USD
