<p><b>Job description</b>: A UK Sales Manager is required for a hugely successful OEM of precision CNC machinery, providing metal cutting solutions to the manufacturing industry. As the UK Sales Manager, your primary focus is to increase market share in the UK, whilst continuing to develop the reputation and company brand values.</p>
<p> The basic salary is negotiable for the right person, additional commission based earnings, company car with Hybrid option, 25 days holiday plus bank hols, a private pension with up to 8% employer contributions, BUPA healthcare, Life Insurance, but most importantly, a huge amount of ongoing training and personal development.</p>
<p> This will be a fully remote WFH position so a laptop and phone are provided too.</p>
<p> Reporting to the MD, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for &#8211; </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining and increasing business levels of the group&#8217;s products</li>
<li>Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs</li>
<li>Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations</li>
<li>Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers</li>
<li>Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base</li>
<li>Increasing business opportunities</li>
<li>Developing strategies, forecasts and pipelines of business</li>
<li>Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and promotional events</li>
<li>Collecting customer feedback and market research</li>
<li>Project management on all orders from enquiry through to final delivery and aftercare</li>
</ul>
<p> Experience in a technical sales role is essential, selling capital equipment, ideally within the CNC machine tool industry would be a big advantage.</p>
<p> You will need a genuine interest in the manufacturing industry and the various sectors, to understand who your target audience will be to aim our products at. Combining sales and customer service you will be the ultimate partner for your customers and to ensure that you and the business are in the foremost of their mind.</p>
<p> Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you&#8217;d look after is essential, as well as frequent travel to the HQ in the UK for product launches, demo&#8217;s and customer open house events.</p>
