We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to thrive in a high-paced MASH Team at Bromley Council.

Hourly Rate: Up to £44.50ph

About the Role:

In this role, you will, under appropriate supervision, assess and provide crucial services to children in need. Your responsibilities will extend to managing a limited caseload of children and families facing particularly complex and challenging needs. Key aspects of the role include adhering to legislation, regulations, departmental procedures, and child care policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver services to children in need within the established legal framework.

Manage a limited caseload of children and families with complex needs.

Follow and apply internal policies and procedures when dealing with complex family situations and vulnerable children, including those on the child protection register, involved in legal proceedings, and Looked After children.

Requirements:

Previous MASH/Front Door experience is a prerequisite.

Proficiency in analyzing risk and harm for children and young people based on limited information.
