<p><strong>Super Eagles’</strong> forward <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/cyriel-dessers"><strong>Cyriel Dessers</strong></a> has been named Rangers’ Men’s Goal of the Month award winner for January.</p>
<p>The award follows his stunning strike against Manchester United in the UEFA Europa League.</p>
<p>The <strong>Nigeria international</strong> scored in the 83rd minute of Rangers’ 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford, getting on the end of a long pass from James Tavernier.</p>
<p>Using his strength to outmuscle Harry Maguire, the 30-year-old controlled the ball with his left side before slotting it into the bottom corner.</p>
<p>Dessers has been in top form, registering five goals and two assists in his last five games.</p>
<p>Rangers will next face Queen’s Park in a Scottish Cup fifth-round tie on Sunday, with the star hoping to continue his high scoring form.</p>
