STUDENT SUPPORT LEADER

Maternity Cover from February 2024

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational Student Support Leader to join a dedicated pastoral team. This post is suitable for an experienced individual with a passion for promoting student success and well-being. This is a non-teaching (support staff) role and is to cover maternity leave, in the first instance.

The postholder will be responsible for the pastoral well-being of the students within the designated year group(s), undertaking all roles of behaviour, safeguarding, attendance, well-being, rewards, and pupil premium for this group of students. Excellent communication skills are an integral part of this role.

The College is a thriving rural school, with a skilled and enthusiastic staff team. We are committed to ensuring that our students become well rounded citizens of the world, equipped with the knowledge, skills and qualifications they need for whatever they choose to do next in life.
