<p><b>Job description</b>: Accountants with 2+ year of corporate work experience who are looking to join a dynamic, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Global Beauty Organization, apply within. Our client is seeking recent graduates in Accounting and Finance with corporate experience to support their Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting team. You will be responsible for managing the organization&#8217;s payments function including; expenses, invoices, system reporting, vendor inquiries and communication, discrepancies and problem solving. This contract opportunity is working hybrid 3-days on-site and 2-days remotely in Downtown Toronto. The Accountant and Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will use Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, large sets of data) with confidence as well as in-depth knowledge of large-scale ERPs such as SAP, Netsuite, MS Dynamics 365.</p>
<p> The Accountant and Accounts Payable Specialist will present their analysis and transaction findings at weekly team meetings, Professional English verbal and written is required for the presentations. The Accounting and Accounts Payable Specialist is a long-term, 6-month contract opportunity. Previous experience with vendor account management, employee expense processing, system reporting, and daily bank and account reconciliation is required for this role. Candidates who are strategic, problem solvers, and collaborative will be considered an asset to the organization.
