<p><b>Job description</b>: Express Scripts Canada is actively looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst: D365 – Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will participate actively in understanding and analyzing the business requirements, documenting these requirements and work with the developers to deliver these solutions.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> Perform analysis to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and related benefits. Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive new products/features.</p>
<p> Design architecture in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations with integrations to other modules using out of Box features in D365.</p>
<p> Create or modify forms, SSRS reports, tables, Data Management Framework Entities for integration with external systems.</p>
<p> Create in-house tools to automate the release workflow including builds for unit testing purposes and for releases.</p>
<p> Help team with analyzing issues needing analytical expertise to meet the business needs.</p>
<p> Provide on-the-job training for new or existing team members.</p>
<p> Provide off-hour support with on call rotation and create custom supporting documentation on methodologies and best practices on the technical aspects of implementations.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p> Bachelors or Masters degree in computers/software engineering</p>
<p> 7-10 years of industry experience</p>
<p> 3+ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&;O/AX (on-premise/on cloud)</p>
<p> 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented design and development in X++, .NET (C#)</p>
<p> Strong knowledge of SSRS, Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps, Azure Functions</p>
<p> Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence</p>
<p> Experience in Agile methodologies</p>
<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:</b></p>
<p> Microsoft Dynamics 365 MB-300/MB-500 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate</p>
<p> Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Development, Extensions and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations</p>
<p> Problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.</p>
<p> Ability to prioritize work load and meet multiple project deadlines.</p>
<p> Strong oral and written facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to follow technical industry standards and methodology.</p>
<p> Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.</p>
