<p><b>Job description</b>: Our valued public sector client is currently seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Change Manager to Assist on Multiple IM/IT Implementation Projects that are ongoing within their department.</p>
<p><b>The Successful Candidate Must Have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>10 years within the past 15 experience as a change management consultant where you were responsible for analyzing and developing critical success factors, process mapping, and business strategies.</li>
<li>Experience within the past 5 years working as a Change Management Consultant, within the Canadian Federal Government</li>
<li>Valid Secret Clearance</li>
</ul>
<p> Nice to Have&#8217;s: </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior mangement and stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience coordinating the development and delivery of training and change materials with stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<p> Tasks Include, but Are Not Limited to: </p>
<ul>
<li>Analysis and development of business &#8220;critical success factors&#8221;</li>
<li>Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training</li>
<li>Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities</li>
<li>Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities</li>
<li>Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)</li>
<li>Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders</li>
<li>Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions</li>
</ul>
