leave registers and certification expiry dates&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Submit reports as required<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Maintain Post Orders<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ensure ISO information and records are up to date<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Controlling access at the main entrance of the Administration building&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Controlling the electronic access system&comma; including operator lock and unlock of access points and setting lock and unlock schedules&period; Setting up&comma; modifying&comma; and assigning access levels&period; Controlling and issuing access cards&period; Utilizing the computer program to administer the system and generate reports&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Receiving all visitors to the Facility&comma; determining the nature of their visits and directing them to the appropriate unit or office&period; Issuing and receiving visitor passes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Maintaining the data facility for identification cards and photographs&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Answering the CCG information line&comma; providing general information to the public pertaining to all facets of the CCG and Department of Fisheries and Oceans<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Operating the CCG switchboard&comma; including receiving telephone calls for the Facility&comma; directing incoming calls to the appropriate office&comma; recording messages&comma; re-directing calls to other departments and agencies&comma; setting up call forwarding and speed dials&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Monitoring telephone assignments and dialling procedures and making updates as necessary&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Booking meeting rooms<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Booking and setting up for videoconferences&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Updating the daily Vessel Sitrep&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Relieving the Huron and Dallas Gate Commissionaire mid-morning and at noon&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Perform other duties as assigned by client services manager&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Communicates important problems&comma; concerns&comma; and deficiencies to client manager<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Fluency with Windows XP&comma; MS Word&comma; Excel and Outlook<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>The ability to deal successfully with difficult situations in a firm but calm and friendly manner<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must have outstanding attendance and performance feedback from previous Commissionaire employment history&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Excellent public relations&comma; conflict resolution and interpersonal skills<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must have previous supervisory experience &lpar;coaching&comma; training&comma; etc&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and have lived in Canada for at least 10 years&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must have or be able to obtain a Level II clearance<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must be minimum 19 years of age<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must be physically fit and able to stand&sol;walk for long periods at a time&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must be able to work in a range of weather conditions throughout shift&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Must possess a valid B&period;C&period;
