Position Summary

The candidate will become a member of the NCR Digital Transformation Team responsible for global implementation and activities of the Field Technology / Setup team within the Oracle Enterprise Services (ES) program. This organization partners with IT and NCR Services Field Operations to architect world class, end-to-end IT solutions spanning functional areas such as Incident Creation, Remote Support, Incident Management, Field Operations, and Parts Logistics. This organization works closely with other IT Services organizations to perform global systems integration with ERP systems, other Service-related systems, and tableau reporting.

Candidate will be a proven leader, with a background in NCR Field Services delivery, and understanding of the linkage of Field Operations to the current NCR Services Systems. The application footprint includes Oracle ES, Advanced Scheduler, ES Mobility, CSSM, SAM, ODK, OKM, PASS and Intelligent Search.

Key Areas of Responsibility

As the Manager of the Field Technology and ES setup groups, responsibilities include:

Lead team consisting of members across multiple locations and areas of expertise and experience levels.

Overall responsibility for on time delivery of Field Technology initiatives within budget, with high quality. Ensuring applications, process and programs are consistently and globally implemented.

Overall responsibility for the timely and accurate setups such as new CE codes, groups, post code routing and territory reorgs.

Establish strategies for assigned programs areas (such as software platforms, service implementation or end user processes)

Communications of team program status and team accomplishments.

Coordinate activities with NCR management and project managers.

Coordinate with IT, Services Track Leads and team members on functional area requirements, resolving outstanding intra and cross- team issues, and ensuring work plan deliverables and tasks are met within deadlines.

Manage resource allocation to properly staff concurrent programs/projects.

Basic Qualifications

BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree or 3 years NCR Services business-related experience with technical background.

3+ years’ experience as a Service Design Manager or similar role

MS Office expertise – especially in Excel.

Strong understanding of current Field Operations processes and systems.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, customer focused.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong team orientation.

Ability to manage multiple team members and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualification

Deep knowledge of Oracle Field Service structure preferred.

Experience with Power BI or Quickbase.
