Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.</p>

<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities and ensuring that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.</li>
<li>Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.</li>
<li>Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment</li>
<li>Support logistics and cater for delivery of goods within the speculated delivery</li>
<li>Promoting the 5s rule and ensure FEFO is followed</li>
<li>Directing store operations including retail operations, customer service, managing employees, property management, security management and control, administration and sales.</li>
<li>Keep track of slow-moving stock, obsolete products, damaged products and near-date products</li>
<li>Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.</li>
<li>Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.</li>
<li>Developing business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability</li>
<li>Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory levels and order new items.</li>
<li>Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.</li>
<li>Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards</li>
<li>Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures</li>
<li>Developing financial objectives and business plans. Meet goals and metrics.</li>
<li>Bringing out the best of branch’s personnel through training, coaching, development and motivation.</li>
<li>Ensuring adherence to set standards, Procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management and reporting of store activities.</li>
<li>Carrying out other tasks as required periodically</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of work experience as a logistics &; warehouse professional preferably in Frozen Foods/FMCG</li>
<li>Demonstrated organizational or managerial skills.</li>
<li>Post graduate diploma / Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration from reputable institutions would be an added advantage.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.</li>
<li>Direct and coordinate operations with strong organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of warehouse software packages is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
