Job description: Meridian Health are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants for permanent night positions (days are also available) in Stone, Staffordshire.
These permanent roles offer a pay rate of £13.02 per hour for nights and £12.48 per hour for days.
Hours are 8pm – 8am (nights) and 8am – 8pm (days) on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on 3 shifts off.
You must have Senior experience, NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care or equivalent, be a team leader and have knowledge of CQC regulations in a residential setting.

About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll ensure high quality care for our residents. Day to day you’ll provide coaching and support to a team of Care Assistants, be responsible for the creation and delivery of person-centred support plans and administer medication.
