Job description: What you’ll do
Focusing on our Enterprise Corporate Portfolio:
Build and maintain business capability models, standards, principles, and design patterns
Develop capability heat maps by interviewing business and IT stakeholders and evaluating the desired capabilities against the current technical environment
Build a target architecture that supports delivery of the business outcomes while aligning to technical target states. EA is the lead. Technical architects and planners from domains will contribute.
Participate in roadmap sessions with domain architects and validate alignment with target state
Review project / product architecture for conformance to standards, principles, and patterns
Enthusiastically participate in Architecture and Technology review boards

What you bring
5+ years’ experience in technology environment with progressive architectural leadership roles, preferably in retail, banking, and/or automotive sectors.
Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery practices
Hands-on experience with an EA repository tool such as Abacus a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to build credibility and collaboration, including developing effective cross-organizational and vendor relationships
Ability to inspire, remove roadblocks, and coach technical teams to reach their full potential
Comfortable using data to inform decision-making process and ability to translate business and IT objectives into technical solutions
Top candidates will have solid knowledge of retail applications and related hardware platforms, operations support, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
TOGAF and SAFe Certifications are definite assets.
