Responsibilities and Performance Expectations:
- Be a part of a team, supporting multiple client systems
- Perform Incident and queue management – Monitoring and triaging client incidents using Jira, DevOps, and/or ServiceNow.
- Assisting clients by performing walk-through sessions, to validate defects and fixes
- Create test scenarios to replicate reported issues.
- Work with our clients on a daily basis, ensuring open and continuous communications
- Work with clients to capture requirements for new enhancements and change requests
- Work with Dev Team to create Change Requests, noting business impacts, technical options, and effort/cost estimations.
- Business Analysis experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements including:
- Facilitating JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to elicit business and system requirements (functional/non-functional)
- Creating Use Cases, Workflows, System Requirements Specifications, etc.
- Creating architectural artefacts such as logical designs, data models, deployment models
- May also fulfill additional roles such as software QA, training, documentation, and work package coordination
May also be assigned to a project assisting the Dev Team, performing system or administrative configuration
Credentials:
- Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with two (2) to four (4) years experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power Platform
- 3+ years (including Coop experience) of IT experience in a consulting environment is preferred
- Must have amazing communication and people skills, with the ability to communicate to end-clients and technical contacts (verbal, written, presentation).
- Technical background in a software development environment, preferable with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration and .Net Development (or other ERP/CRM solutions) is an asset
- Experience in Agile software development and DevOps
- Proven ability to learn fast, identify solutions, and show leadership to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance
- Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed
