<p> As a SAP HANA Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA Analytics solutions to meet our clients&#8217; specific business needs. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities: * Solution Architecture: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP HANA Analytics solutions. Design end-to-end architectures that align with best practices and industry standards. </p>
<ul>
<li>Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA Analytics technologies and tools. Stay updated on the latest SAP HANA developments and recommend innovative solutions to improve performance and functionality.</li>
<li>Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP HANA Analytics solutions, including data modeling, data provisioning, reporting, and dashboard development.</li>
<li>Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP HANA Analytics applications. Implement best practices for data optimization and ensure efficient data processing.</li>
<li>Integration: Integrate SAP HANA Analytics solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time insights.</li>
<li>Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.</li>
<li>Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their feedback and requirements, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.</li>
<li>Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain SAP HANA Analytics solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications: </p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.</li>
<li>Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p> Must be located on-site at IBM office in Calgary, Alberta</p>
<p><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of [5] years of experience in SAP HANA Analytics solution design and implementation.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in SAP HANA modeling techniques, data provisioning, and administration.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SAP HANA Studio, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related tools.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP BW/4HANA is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
