Your day-to-day:
As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors to generate awareness of Iluma among legal-age smokers in a designated Hub City (Etobicoke and Mississauga)
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Execute the Hub City Strategy to continuously recruit and build Brand Ambassador team to ensure the continued success of our heated tobacco product portfolio.
- Lead a team of Brand Ambassadors within designated Hub City and provide them with the right tools and coaching to build Iluma awareness and product understanding among legal-age smokers.
- Track and analyze the performance of Brand Ambassadors and provide performance-based coaching to achieve key performance indicators within the existing regulatory framework.
- Train and develop sales capabilities of Brand Ambassadors to develop to drive performance to achieve and maintain excellent customer service levels during interactions with legal-age smokers.
- Identifying high-potential business opportunities to generate product awareness among legal-age smokers and build category understanding through B2B partnerships. The Sales Activator will prepare new business opportunities and make recommendations to the City Hub Commercial Deployment Manager.
- Provide Iluma product education to legal-age smokers at meetings and events at age-restricted venues, leading data collection and post-event follow-up.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
- Experience managing teams and relationship building.
- Experience in CPG or international companies, Brand Ambassador management is an asset.
- Completed post-secondary education

For this position the salary is $57 000 as base with a very interesting variable compensation based on performance.
