<p> <b>Job Summary</b></p>
<p> Rank + Rally is seeking an E-Commerce Associate. This person will be responsible for collecting online orders and getting them ready for pick up and shipment. This includes printing packing slips, retrieving product and ensuring it matches exactly what our customers are looking for, packaging, shipping, and organizing orders, and fulfilling orders for the Curbside Pickup Program.</p>
<p> Now, if you were to come on board as our Retail E-Commerce Associate, we&#8217;d ask you to do the following for us: </p>
<ul>
<li>Print and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Ship orders using online applications (ShipStation)</li>
<li>Organize orders for BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) so that customers can be served quickly and with ease</li>
<li>Deliver items to customer vehicles during Curbside Pickup hours by responding to pick up requests via Text Message</li>
<li>Update product listings with inventory corrections as necessary (Shopify)</li>
<li>Communicate with E-Commerce Lead/E-Commerce Manager regarding any issues with orders, product selection, etc.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by E-Commerce Manager/Retail Manager</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and organization</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, move, push, pull items weighing up to 50lbs and be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time</li>
