We are committed to providing high quality care and support in an ever changing environment&comma; while also growing and developing our services and meeting the needs of the local authorities we work in partnership with&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> As the Registered Manager&comma; you&&num;8217&semi;ll be leading the team while working alongside the Residential Workers&comma; Team Leader&&num;8217&semi;s and Business Support Officer&&num;8217&semi;s&period; You&&num;8217&semi;ll also be working closely with the Care Inspectorate&comma; CAMHS&comma; our Behaviour Support Consultant and the wider cluster of services we provide in Edinburgh and the Lothians and will have the support of the Children&&num;8217&semi;s Services Manager and other Registered Managers to do so&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Collaborating with professionals from different fields will ensure the holistic development of the children and young people we work with&period; This includes maintaining communication and coordination with local authorities&comma; as well as other professionals who play a role in their care and support&period; Working together will help create a comprehensive support system that enables the children and young people to achieve their full potential&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> As a leader in this role&comma;
