33k-500k per year + Health and Insurance Benefits, 401k, rewards etc…!!!
This is a commission driven role – We run on a 30-75% commission structure and there is no cap on.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partnering with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
- Connecting clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient utilization of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold calling, qualifying, screening, and prepping candidates and clients for interviews and assisting in the negotiation of job offers
- Conducting reference checks on candidates
Requirements:
- Stable work history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistency in perform a high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Comfortability establishing relationships over the phone
- Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide the proper initial training. We also have continuous coaching and guidance once you join our team, working virtually.
