<p> Our Engineering Recruiter is accountable for: </p>
<ul>
<li>Sourcing &; recruiting qualified Engineering talent (Mid to Senior level)</li>
<li>In Canada: (Piping &; Electrical Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Procurement Roles)</li>
<li>In the USA (Project Engineers, Designers, Lab Tech &; Admin roles)</li>
<li>Being able to manage 8-15 requisitions at one time</li>
<li>8-12+ reqs in Canada</li>
<li>To work on as needed reqs in the USA</li>
<li>Being able to communicate with hiring managers to find the best solution for their needs (in person launch call)</li>
<li>Meet &; greet the candidates at the gate, escort them to the managers office &; sometimes sit in on the interviews</li>
<li>Growing revenue &; profitability for your portfolio of business</li>
<li>Creating, managing candidate pipelines, and assessing candidate qualifications</li>
<li>Reviewing &; prioritizing candidate activity including pre-screens and interviews</li>
<li>Negotiating and closing candidates with offers and confirming their starts</li>
<li>Actively networking (career fairs etc.) within the local Engineering market</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Requires a minimum of 3+ years&#8217; experience within Staffing/Corporate Recruiting (ideally Engineering recruiting &; sourcing talent (but not mandatory))</li>
<li>Recruiting contract &; direct hire candidates is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience in recruiting processes (can show proven success in the recruiting process: sourcing, qualification, placement process, and closing temporary/contract &; fulltime candidates</li>
<li>Having a Bachelor&#8217;s degree is preferred</li>
<li>Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed all nice to haves</li>
<li>Driven to succeed &#8211; solutions oriented</li>
<li>Teammate who embodies the Kelly team first</li>
<li>Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills</li>
