Job description: Quality Engineer in South West London required
Hudson Shribman are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our client based in South West London on a permanent basis.
As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for the following;
Quality Engineer Responsibilities
- Overseeing the ISO 9001 accreditation
- General Inspection of detail parts and assemblies at all stages (goods in, first off, inter-stage including sub-contracted processes & final sign off)
- Creation and complying FAIRs to AS9100
- Use of manual CMM and conventional measuring equipment
- Overseeing a trainee inspector
Quality Engineer Requirements
- Have an engineering background
- Minimum of five years within a similar role
- Technically minded with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Be able to work effectively both alone and contributing to a team environment
- Experience using a CMM
Hours: 39 per week
Salary: 35k – 38k dependent on experience
