<p> We are looking for a motivated and high energy Pricing Administration Assistant (4-month summer student – May-August) to be based out of Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will support the Pricing Administration Team with a variety of tasks and projects while giving the successful student the opportunity to gain experience on real business cases.</p>
<p> The Best Fit:</p>
<p> You are pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma with a Business Administration or a related discipline</p>
<p> Willingness to learn and positive attitude</p>
<p> You have strong attention to detail with great organizational, communication and time management skills.</p>
<p> You are a self-starter, problem solver and can work independently as well as in a team atmosphere</p>
<p> Proficient knowledge of MS Office</p>
<p><b>The Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p> You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Pricing Administration Team, that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including:</p>
<p> Support the Pricing Administration Coordinators during daily tasks:</p>
<p> Send out monthly price increase notifications to customers</p>
<p> Perform weekly fuel surcharge updates</p>
<p> Support the team during process improvement projects:</p>
<p> Improve weekly fuel update process</p>
<p> Improve price increase notification process</p>
