We are looking for a motivated and high energy Pricing Administration Assistant (4-month summer student – May-August) to be based out of Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will support the Pricing Administration Team with a variety of tasks and projects while giving the successful student the opportunity to gain experience on real business cases.
The Best Fit:
You are pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma with a Business Administration or a related discipline
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
You have strong attention to detail with great organizational, communication and time management skills.
You are a self-starter, problem solver and can work independently as well as in a team atmosphere
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
The Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Pricing Administration Team, that will give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, including:
Support the Pricing Administration Coordinators during daily tasks:
Send out monthly price increase notifications to customers
Perform weekly fuel surcharge updates
Support the team during process improvement projects:
Improve weekly fuel update process
Improve price increase notification process
