Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays
Salary pro rata of £38 – 40,000 per annum plus bonus, healthcare, company car, pension and life assurance.
Office based at Stockport, occasional travel required

We are representing a superb organisation who are recruiting a part time HR Adviser to take ownership of their recruitment and resourcing within a very busy department.
Working to support recruitment processes UK wide, you will be an experienced HR professional with experience of managing recruitment at all levels and also be highly confident presenting to audiences in this role via online and face to face.
The role is permanent and is a unique and exciting opportunity to work within a highly sucessful and credible HR team seeking to welcome their ideal candidate in January.
The role:
– office based or out at events UK wide as some travel will be required – Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays
– attending careers fairs, academic institution events and candidate attraction activities
– presenting the brand on stage at events and being the ‘face of the HR team’ externally
– securing strong brand recognition within career events such as job fairs
– completing job adverts and specifications of candidate profiles for vacancies
– working with senior management to develop the ideal candidate profiling
– being proactive and knowledgeable with recruitment technology including online interviewing, assessments and psychometric testing
The ideal candidate:
– will be an experienced HR professional who has worked strongly with operational recruitment processes at all levels
– will have good level of current employment law knowledge
– be a great communicator at all levels, consistent team player with great standards of brand representation
– a positive and confident HR lead able to work at delivery level for a fast paced remit
– flexible with needs of the business in terms of travel to events, fully expensed
– quality experience of talent acquisition, candidate engagement and attraction
– understanding of recruiting to company values and ethics
