<p> All NHS 111 call handlers are required to complete a number of NHS Pathways and NHS 111 service specific courses in order to be a licensed operator working within the live service. To train to be a highly trained advisor you will need to be committed to attend one of our training dates.</p>

<p> Training dates:</p>
<p> The full-time programmes runs over a four week period (9:00am-5:00pm) whilst the part-time training runs over a six week period Sat &; Sun (9.00am-5.00pm) including Tues, Weds, Thurs (5.00pm-9.30pm)</p>
<ul>
<li>Saturday 3rd February 2024 &#8211; Part Time</li>
<li>Monday 5th February &#8211; Full Time</li>
</ul>
<p> Shifts and Rates of Pay:</p>
<p> We can offer evenings/ into nights (18:00-08:00), including weekends.</p>
<ul>
<li>£11.48 per hour- daytime and during training</li>
<li>£14.27 per hour &#8211; contractual night rate</li>
<li>£14.77 per hour &#8211; weekend night rate</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Location:</b></p>
<p> Office based at Delta 7, West Road, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, IP3 9FH</p>
<p><b>About You</b></p>
<p><b>Key Skills:</b></p>
<p> Experience of working in at least one or more of the following: </p>
<ul>
<li>Customer Services</li>
<li>Contact Centres</li>
<li>Telephone based service</li>
<li>Healthcare</li>
</ul>
<p> We are also looking for the following skills and experience: </p>
