Research Grants&comma; Collaborative Research and Quality Improvement Projects&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Implementing Abbott’s vision for on-market Product Performance&comma; Medical Education and Training&comma; and Medical Information&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Inputting to the development of peer-to-peer enablement tools &lpar;including clinical compendiums&comma; case studies&comma; white papers&comma; slide presentations&rpar; to effectively deliver clinical messaging and data to targeted audiences&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Partnering with the other members of Medical Affairs team to develop and execute Medical Affairs strategies and plans in alignment with business needs&comma; ensuring application of ethical and internal Abbott compliance standards within the EMEA medical affairs teams&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Establishing relations&comma; collaboration with external medical stakeholders such as KOLs&comma; Medical Societies&comma; patients Associations&semi; represents the preferred point of contact with KOLs for all non-Abbott-sponsored clinical research matters&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Representing the Division at Medical Conferences and Physician Advisory Boards&comma; etc&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Supporting in agreement with Medical Affairs leadership the ISS and Research Grants process&comma; and other relevant policies for CRM Division&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Supporting in agreement with the Office of Ethics and Compliance colleagues the Education Grants process&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Cooperating in the interaction with internal compliance organization&comma; and regulatory bodies&comma; as required&comma; in response to product performance inquiries and clinical study product performance matters&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Collaborating with Clinical Affairs&comma; Health Economics and Reimbursement and Global Data Science and Analytics to enhance execution of studies and generation of clinical evidence about CRM therapies&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Supporting programs for Abbott CRM Fellows across assigned region&period; Liaise with Fellows on their research with view to wider integration into clinical messaging and dissemination&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Provides monitoring of all interactions with OEC and Legal departments to meet legal and compliance standards and adopt best practices&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Managing communication and interactions with Business Division to evaluate market trends and development and clinical and guideline updates to identify market directions for products&sol;services&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Providing scientific support for clinical messaging&comma; conference and podium plans for effective dissemination of clinical evidence&comma; development of promotional materials&comma; training&comma; symposia or other scientific communications&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Monitoring scientific literature from a variety of sources&comma; in order to maintain and circulate an up-to-date clinical awareness&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Supports contracting with HCP consultants&comma; research centers&comma; hospitals&comma; CROs in relation with Medical Affairs projects &lpar;ISSs&comma; Research Grant&comma; Collaborative Research&comma; Quality Improvement&comma; others&rpar; or other relevant clinical research projects&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p><b>What you&&num;8217&semi;ll need&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Degree in Medicine&comma; Engineering&comma; Physics&comma; Biology&comma; Biochemistry or similar&comma; and&sol;or with a strong background in medicine&comma; nursing or catherization laboratory technology or similar&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Experience in CRM&comma; Heart Failure or Electrophysiology market is preferred&comma; to include existing relationships with relevant KOLs and medical societies&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Experience in a clinical role is preferred&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Excellent knowledge of scientific research methods and regulations&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ability to analyze clinical data and scientific publications&comma; identifying and effectively communicating relevant key takeaways&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to create positive relationships with KOLs and medical societies&comma;
