<p> <b>DESCRIPTION</b></p>
<p> The Market of Choice Cheese Shops are a high-energy, team-oriented environment that create an inviting in-store experience with friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented Specialty Cheese teammates. Prepare for a high-energy, team-oriented environment! This position starts at $18.75/hour &#8211; $23.75/hour, depending on experience.</p>
<p> <b>DUTIES</b></p>
<p> As an Assistant Specialty Cheese Manager some of your responsibilities will include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in purchasing, merchandising &; expense control</li>
<li>Assisting customers in selection and recommendations</li>
<li>Keeping current and continually expanding knowledge of cheese</li>
<li>Conduct events</li>
<li>Organizing, stocking and facing of the department</li>
<li>Monthly &; Quarterly inventory</li>
<li>Checking in deliveries/ logging of all invoices daily</li>
<li>Enforce company policy &; procedures</li>
<li>General cleaning and maintenance of sales area</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<p> Candidates will have an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of hand crafted and artisan cheeses from around the world, superior customer service skills and a strong sales ability including suggestive selling techniques.<br />
 <br /> Applicants should have open availability and be willing to work evenings and weekends.</p>
