<p><b>Job description</b>: The Franklin Market of Choice in Eugene is now hiring for an Assistant Kitchen Manager. This position starts at $18.50/hour up to $23/hour, depending on experience.</p>

<p><b>DUTIES</b></p>
<p> Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.</p>
<p> As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining positive customer and employee relations</li>
<li>Organization of daily Kitchen duties</li>
<li>Training and supervision of Kitchen employees</li>
<li>Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory</li>
<li>Expense control</li>
<li>General housekeeping duties to keep the Kitchen orderly</li>
<li>Enforcement of company policies, including safe working practices</li>
</ul>
<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<p> The ideal candidate will have recent management experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment. Applicants should have open availability including evenings and weekends. You must be 18 years or older for this position.</p>
