<p>The man shared his experience in a video posted on TikTok, where he lamented the state of the water, which he described as having the appearance of tea.</p>

<p>In the video, he said, <em>“Look at this house, look at the water. This is a house where someone pays â¦2 million in rent and â¦350,000 as service charge every year. I just hope this is tea so I can buy bread and drink it.”</em></p>
<p>He voiced his disappointment, questioning the justification for such exorbitant payments when the water quality in the house was so poor.</p>
