A Nigerian man has taken to social media to express his heartbreak after discovering that his girlfriend cheated on him, despite the generous treatment and monthly allowance.
In a post shared anonymously via X (formerly Twitter) by user @Wizarab10, the man revealed that he placed his girlfriend on a ₦400,000 monthly allowance, in addition to regularly buying her gifts and taking care of her needs, including paying for her hair.
Detailing his frustration, he wrote: “Not gonna lie, I’m heartbroken. Like babe, when I put you on a ₦400k monthly allowance, not even counting the other stuff I buy for you on a regular—like paying for your hair and all that—and I satisfy you well, yet you still cheat on me. I saw it on your Snapchat. Why are girls like this?”
