<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>You will help sellers win back their time by removing the hassle of them needing to show their own property. Additionally, you will do showings for private unrepresented buyers &#8211; which can be an amazing source for Buyer leads!</li>
<li>You will help sellers establish a strategy surrounding their asking price that will help them get top dollar for their property</li>
<li>You will assist sellers by getting them posted to real estate board’s MLS® Systems, to REALTOR.ca, and to a growing network of real estate advertising websites and partner sites through REALTROR.ca’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®)</li>
<li>You will help sellers with offers, negotiations, and all the associated paperwork while providing them with the expert guidance and advice required to complete their sale</li>
<li>You will help buyers with all their buying needs while having them benefit from Commission Rebates</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>A valid Real Estate License is required for this job</li>
<li>You need excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills</li>
<li>You need to be tech-enabled and savvy</li>
<li>You need to join PG Direct Realty Ltd (as an Independent Consultant)</li>
<li>You need a proven record of past sales experience (preferred)</li>
