As a Lettings Client Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the manager in achieving the largest dominant market share for on-market and under offer properties.
- Exceeding all personal and branch activity and income targets.
- Taking ownership of the MA generation section of the opportunity report and ensuring timely follow-up on all activities.
- Achieving high conversion rates of Market Appraisals to full-service sole agency Instructions and Third-party sales.
- Creating high-quality marketing materials, including photographs, descriptions, and web marketing.
- Providing exceptional customer service to encourage commendations and recommendations.
- Acting as the point of contact in the manager’s absence to maintain the branch’s continuous success.
- Assisting the manager in structuring and organizing the office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency, coupled with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling the development of strong working relationships.
- Previous experience in property listings.
- Demonstrated target-driven and tenacious nature, with a proven record of achievement.
- The ability to act as a role model by adhering to company standards while consistently surpassing activity and income targets.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm throughout.
- High standards of service and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ambition and the desire for career progression.
- Car ownership with a full driving license.
- Business use insurance coverage.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
