<p> We are currently accepting applications for a Landscape/Snow Removal Supervisor to join our team.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Creating job plans and coordinating equipment and resources</li>
<li>Directing on-site crews</li>
<li>Operating power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pickup trucks with snow plow and spreader, power rakes, aerators, etc.</li>
<li>Communicating with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner</li>
<li>Ensuring jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p> Technical/College Diploma in Horticulture</p>
<p> Red Seal Horticulture would be considered an asset</p>
<p> 5+ years of relevant experience</p>
<p> Superior communication and problem-solving skills</p>
<p> A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills</p>
<p> Strong physical amplitude to perform manual labour tasks required</p>
<p> Experience operating various types of Snow Plowing equipment</p>
<p> Knowledge of cultivation, diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.</p>
