The Lagos state government seals a church following complaints of noise pollution from residents.
The move was announced by Tunde Ajayi, the General Manager of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) on X.
One netizen identified as @SoftLifeAlhaja had reported to the authorities that the church was making loud noises, particularly at night, making it difficult for residents to sleep.
@SoftLifeAlhaja revealed that they had met with them about the noise, but they only increased their tempo.
Tunde Ajayi shared photos of the church and noted that it had been sealed.
“Sealed,” he wrote simply, captioning the photos.
