<p><a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/?s=barcelona"><strong>Barcelona</strong></a> have faced setback in it attempt to register players <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/dani-olmo"><strong>Dani Olmo</strong></a> and <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/pau-victor"><strong>Pau Victor</strong></a> for the remainder of the season.</p>
<p>According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, “La Liga and Spanish Federation RFEF have jointly decided to reject Dani Olmo and Pau Victor’s registrations for Barcelona.”</p>
<p>This decision poses a major blow for the club as they now prepare to take legal action to resolve the issue.</p>
<p>The rejection stems from La Liga’s strict <strong>financial fair play regulations, which Barcelona has struggled to comply with in recent times.</strong></p>

<p>Both Olmo and Victor were signed by Barcelona in the summer transfer window but could only be temporarily registered due to financial constraints and salary cap limitations.</p>
<p>The deadline for their registration passed on December 31, 2024, leading to this official rejection by La Liga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).</p>
<p>Barcelona’s response to this decision was swift, with the club indicating they would challenge the ruling in court.</p>
<p>Fabrizio Romano further confirmed this in his tweet, stating, “Barcelona will go to court.”</p>
