<p><strong>Barcelona</strong> will present an appeal to the Ministry of Sport (CSD) Tuesday, seeking emergency clearance to register<a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/dani-olmo"><strong><u><b> Dani Olmo</b></u></strong></a> and <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/?s=pau+victor"><strong><u><b>Pau Victor</b></u></strong></a>.</p>
<p>With Monday being a public holiday in Spain for King’s Day, the club are pushing for expedited measures to resolve the case.</p>
<p>Recall La Liga and the RFEF rejected the players registration recently for not meeting the December 31st deadline. However, Barcelona argue that the registration window should be extended until February 2, aligning with the January transfer period.</p>
<p>They may also invoke the “force majeure” clause in the RFEF regulations to justify registering players outside the stipulated timeframe.</p>

<p>While Barcelona hopes for a quick resolution, legal experts suggest their chances are slim.</p>
<p>According to El Periodico, a ruling in Barcelona’s favour would require the CSD to contradict its agreements with the RFEF, potentially sparking fresh conflict between the two organizations.</p>
<p>Additionally, the CSD is not the final authority, as the case could proceed to ordinary courts if unresolved.</p>
