<p>Operatives of the<strong><a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Kano-State-Hisbah-Board"> Kano State Hisbah Board</a></strong> have arrested a 24-year-old man who was seen in a viral video licking the genitals of a goat.</p>
<p>The young man who has been <strong>arrested</strong> has been identified as Shamsu Yakubu. He is a resident of the Dawakin Kudu Local Government Area.</p>
<p>The young man was seen in the video instructing another person to record him while he was licking the gentials of the goat.</p>
<p>After his arrest, he disclosed that he did that to go viral online and also become famous.</p>
<p>During preliminary interrogation in Kano, the suspect denied actually licking the goat’s genitalia.</p>
<p><em>“I swear to Allah, I did not lick the goat. I only placed my mouth near the area,”</em> Yakubu said while emphasizing that it was his first time involving himself in such act.</p>
<p>He further denied being under the influence of drugs or any intoxicating substances, but the Hisbah authorities have ordered psychiatric and drug evaluations to assess his mental and physical states.</p>
<p>The Deputy Commander-General of the Hisbah Board, Sheikh Aminuddeen Abubakar, while reacting to the act said;</p>
<p><em>“It is tragic that a Muslim man would subject himself to such a disgraceful act, ignoring all religious and ethical values. This individual clearly lacks any proper understanding of Islam. His pursuit of cheap social media fame has led him into disgrace,”</em> Sheikh Aminuddeen stated.</p>
